We are offering a free WEEK PASS for all pastoral staff (non-transferable) to acknowledge and honor the contribution that pastoral staff make to the spiritual growth of brothers and sisters.

To receive the free WEEK PASS, contact us at cccwc.registrar@gmail.com with your church email address along with your pastoral title. Pastoral staff will receive a discount code to waive the registration fee during their online register.

Note: Pastoral Staff Discounts are reserved only for pastors actively serving in a pastoral role in a church; parachurches and volunteer pastors are not included.

If you prefer to register full time, register for a full time pass by September 30, 2024, and we will waive your $50.00 double occupancy charge.
